  Needs of the web page

  – Page needs to have a button so that I can select English or Spanish
  – When a person subscribes to the newsletter it should have a button to read the privacy message and a button that say yes or no
  – I need to put add ons for promotional
  – I need to put animations (gif, MP4) at the front page
  – Easy to add more pages
  – Once the page is already set it shpuld emigrate to the official web direction, can it be done?

  There are a few options to create a multilingual site; the easiest one is to use the Google Translate widget:

  As for videos and gif; you can add those to your pages, no matter what theme are you using but some themes, like Twenty Seventeen, for example, will let you add videos to the header of your site:
