Tumblr Import stuck

    Hello. I’ve been trying to import a Tumblr (as is half of its users). I saw it was taking too long and not importing a single post, so I clicked on ‘Clear account information’ to try again thinking it was problems with my connection, but since then I can’t restart the importer. It keeps telling me ‘You can only have one running import at a time’, but there’s none running. I’d appreciate the help. Thank you!

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
