‘WordPress’ in url

  My renewal is due in June 2023, but for some reason I cannot get rid of the ‘wordpress’ from my URL. Please help, I’m losing costumers.

  Correct account: Yes

  Hi there!
  It seems you renewed your domain, but not the Personal plan you used to have on your site. I’m afraid that you’ll need to have an active paid plan in order to set it as the primary domain of your site. There’s a bit more information about that here:

  That being said, the domain is working as it should and it’s automatically redirecting to the free .wordpress.com domain you have on your site, so your visitors will be able to reach you even if you decide to keep it this way :)
