Alternative payment method: pay by bill?

    Hello,
    I am building a website for a congress that my employer (Helsinki University Central Hospital in Finland) is organizing.

    As I am now trying to update the site to ’Premium’, the payment bit is causing me some headache. The problem is that the hospital does not offer the possibility to use a creditcard for payment. Paypal is not an option either. I was asked to check if there is a possibility to pay by bill?
