Closing domain

  Hi! I would like to cancel my domain. I had a free registration and I thought that the subscription would be free too. Apparently it was not and if I use my domain, I should pay 48 euro. If I cancel my subscription now and close my domain, will I still be charged 48 euro?

  Hi – I am also trying to close a domain. It was created by colleagues who no longer work with us so I do not have the password and username connected to the domain. I can not find any way to contact customer service. How can I close our website and stop paying for it?
