disabling WooCommerce booking renewal

    How can I disable this plugin renewal? I got notification about auto renewal, but I can’t access my payment methods or subscriptions. It asks to verify my email, but no verification is coming if I try to do that (not in trash either). I got verified mty backup address, and the notification came by email to my main email. If I sing in, I can see the bills and download plugin, but NOT access my payments. What I can do to unsubscribe?
