Do I have a free Word press site right no or not?

    I have been struggling to make a site vanhanajanpirtti.wordpress.com for myself many days. I chose to use free Baskerville 2 theme (which I knew from the earlier use). I finally got into the part ’Launch’, and now I am not sure, if the site is free or not. I thought I selected the free option, but I am puzzled. The choosing as made very complicated. Can you confirm me no, that there will be no payments, and if there would be, what should I do to make my site free to use (like my previous site), because that was and is my intention?
