Domain recovery

  I canceled my subscription AND domain, although don’t recall the confirmation mail ever arriving concerning the latter. Anyway, it’s kind of a mess. In short, I need to get the domain doleofilms.com transferred and it’s nowhere to be found in my account. Also, what surprised me, the Personal plan subscription was downgraded immediately after the cancellation even though I’ve paid for a year.

  Like I said, it’s a mess caused by shortage of knowledge by the user’s part. Hope you guys can help me out with this.
