Failed to renew the domain upgrading

    The domain upgrading expired unfortuntely, as we had to change the main user in our research team, and there were some shortcomings in communication. According to the info renewing the domain would cost 13 $. However, now there seems to be only 3-8 $/month agreements available. How is it?
