How do I get rid off the password enquiry in the front page?

    I have done an internet site with the WordPress.com. But when people are coming to my site, they are faced with password enquiry. I have written there with big letters, that the passord is this and that, but in nowadays hectic world people only see the empty space for the password and do not read the text above it. So I would like to gget rid of that password. Is it possible and how? I am not at all proffessional in creating eb sites or using WordPress.com, Mikko
