Menu in mobile version?

    I created a new site and in my version, there is no Menu in the top of the site. But in the published mobile version, it gives this ’Menu’ bar below the top heading?! This Menu doesn’t go anywhere and I don’t understand where I could manage this Menu bar, because it doesn’t show anywhere in the site editor? Help!
