Open our administrator account?

    Our blog weaducate.wordpress.com is out of date. WordPress.com has been registered with the username: weaducate. However, the owner of this the account is no longer working for us, and his email and phone are no longer valid. So the administrator accounts cannot be opened and we can’t remove or redirect blog traffic elsewhere. Can WordPress.com support help?
