Portfolio section

  I am having difficulties getting the portfolio section active. I have chosen the ’Show portfolio section’ already. I also tried to add a project via Portfolio->Add project and got even a document done. I just don’t find it anywhere and it doesn’t show on my blog. I have checked all pages, but cannot find it. How to proceed?
