Problems with domain and account

    Hi!
    Yesterday I created a new website and paid for a domain subscription. However, turned out that somehow there was an existing log in with a username I hadn’t created, and now I can’t access my own domain with my existing user account. So, basically I am paying now for a domain I have no access to? What should I do?
