Redirection of my old website addresses to my new WordPress site do not work

  I have created a new WordPress site for our wine cellar community named ’viinitarha.wordpress.com’. It works and can be accessed from local addresses.
  We used to have an old site and I asked last week our domain name provider to redirect the following URL:s to above mentioned new wordpress site:
  1) viinitarha.fi
  2) viinitarha.info
  They confirmed that this was done 21.9.2018
  They also did the the domain name server pointing to your domain name servers like instructed in your domain name help:

  2. Point your domain to us
  This step must be completed with the company you purchased your domain from. You can contact the support department at your domain registrar for help if necessary. If you are not sure what to say, here is a sample email you can send:
  I would like to use my domain with a WordPress.com site. In order to do this, I need to point my domain’s name servers to the following:
  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  THE PROBLEM
  After 5 days the old two URL:s still do not go to the new viinitarha.wordpress.com address.

  What might be wrong and what to do? We definitely want to keep the old addresses, because our members are used to those.
