Refund from Domain

  Hello,

  I did 2 returns for the subscription plans since they did not meet my needs. My question is why I lost the domain I purchased as well, since I chose with the first cancelation I want to keep it and paid the difference. With the second cancelation I selected I don’t want to keep it, since it asked me to pay again for the same domain.

  How can I either keep my domain or get the full refunds?
