WordPress user id losted

  I lost my user id ( I think userid is my3690, but this is not valid). I have greated websites at 2017 summer. I don´t remember what is the email when I created website. I know website url http://www.optikkosjoblom.wordpress.com Now I should be change to website. I want to remove all website, because I can create new site. Who can help me? My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
