這幾日發現廣告被拒登，原因是網站連結不對，然後昨天要試著看網站就出現Internal Server Error，還有顯示以下內容：
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

HI @mohammadriyad, thank you so much for getting back to my issue, I have purchased the plan and ready to migrant to wordpress server, however when I follow the step, I got stuck at “import your content” step, as it asked me to upload files instead of enter website address that shows in the guide, it would be great if you could help me to migrant my site, and guide me what to do next.

Sorry for the late reply. Your site content alone can be moved by exporting from Tools > Export, and then import as per these steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/import/ .

@drsparklingdc I’m looking at this account and can see you have the domain registered but there is not a hosting plan on the account. You’ll want that in order to proceed. Can we help you pick out an option or clarify any details about the plans you see here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
For clarification, you can continue building on the free site, import the content, etc. But to get the domain showing in the browser bar for visitors and for SEO purposes, you’ll need the hosting plan as well.
Please send me a link to the guide you are following. It sounds like it might be coming from a third party because our tool will ask you for a file.
