  You can change your interface language to Spanish here:
  https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

  After that, you should be able to rename your blog by following the instructions here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  If you go to your My Blogs/Mis blogs page, you should see the option Change Blog Address/Cambiar dirección de blog:
  http://elrincondepacodotcom.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs
