» in my rss title feed

  For the last couple of times that I upgraded WordPress to the latest version I get a dual title in my RSS feed. It doesn’t appear to be related to any plug, theme, or setting. I figured out how to edit the code to remove the double title. The one thing I keep getting is a » the rss title. How do I go about removing that?
