¿How can restore muy blog from a backup that is in PHP format?

  I want to import a backup that is in HHP format. I’ve tried so many ways but couldn’t make it. Please help me, I need to restore my old blog, it’s so important! :( Thank you!

  You can’t. You need to have an XML format file to import it. Maybe you can use the php to create a local install of WordPress on your computer and use the Export button on that dashboard to create a proper export file?

  It’s not possible to import any content into a WordPress.COM hosted blog that’s not in an XML file format. If you have a very old WordPress.ORG site then you have to import it into a WordPress.ORG site running the most recent version of WordPress software 3.9. Then you can create an XML export file which you can then import into a WordPress.COM blog.
