Активация JetPack

  Здравствуйте.У меня не отбражается блог.Закрыли что ли в Казахстане чиновники WordPress.И второе.Я е могу активировать JetPack на моём блоге bakhytzhanraikulov.com Помогите пожалуйста!

  It looks like your XML-RPC file is not accessible:
  http://bakhytzhanraikulov.com/xmlrpc.php

  In order for your site to connect to the Jetpack servers, your XML-RPC file must be publicly accessible. Can you please try changing this and then connecting Jetpack once more?

  If you haven’t blocked it yourself, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to see if they’re blocking this file for any reason.
