Не работает оповещение о новых публикациях через Email

Добрый день. Такая проблема – людям, подписанным на сайт через имейл, перестали приходить оповещения о новых публикациях. В свою очередь на самом сайте стало отображаться только 2 подписчика по имейлу, хотя я точно знаю, что их больше. В чем здесь может быть проблема и как ее решить? Спасибо.

Admins.. here’s a bug… When replying using non-latin charset, the post is not bouncing to top of forum, and continues to show under the ‘topics with no replies’ link.

Can you please give me the email addresses of a few people who didn’t receive the email for your last post? Type each email on its own line, and only staff will be able to see it.
It has nothing to do with the character set. Your reply was marked as spam because you are posting too many replies in a given time period. If you notice this happening, just tag the thread for staff and we’ll unspam you.
Also, if you actually speak Russian, excellent. Feel free to help out in the Russian forums as well. But if not, please don’t post machine-translated replies to users in the English forum. Point them to the language-specific forum as you did, and feel free to still reply, but in English. And if it looks like something that needs staff help, go ahead and tag it for us as well and we’ll reply (also in English :) )

Thanks for the emails. The subscription to your site for all four addresses is showing as pending, meaning the subscribed, but they didn’t click the link in the confirmation email we sent them. They won’t get any updated until they do that.
It’s possible the confirmation emails went to spam, so please ask them to try confirming via this page instead:
https://subscribe.wordpress.com
They need to fill in their email addresses on that page. We will then send them a unique link via email which they can use to manage their subscriptions. Once the click that link, ask them to click on the Pending tab, and confirm.
Let me know if that doesn’t work for any of them.
