  Пожалуйста розблокируйте блог = Please unblock blog. I suspect original poster meant to type “разблокируйте”.

  What does he mean by “unlock blog”? The only time one finds their dashboard locked is when they have received a notice from Staff re:ToS violations and it contains a link for contacting Staff in it. Only Staff deal with such issues.

  If you have concerns about a suspended blog, you will need to contact our Terms of Service department via the link provided on your dashboard (within the warning message).
  The site linked from your username seems to be working fine. Are you having this problem with any other blog that you own?
  (Please try to use English on the forum since most of the volunteers and all of staff members do not speak Russian)
