Проблема с загрузкой файлов

    Здравствуйте. Я установил плагин Verge3d на свой сайт. На компьютере установлена программа Verge3d for Blender на которой формируется папка с файлами для загрузки на сайт. Папка не загружается. Появляется сообщение об ошибке: Error occurred during upload: broken connection or maximum file size exceeded. Please check your connection or server upload size limits.
    Я снял ограничение по загрузке 2Мб, которое было установлено и заменил на 100Мб. Также понизил версию РНР до 7.4, но ошибка продолжает появляться. Тогда я начал загружать файлы по одному и выяснил, что загружаются все файлы кроме файлов .Js. Помогите решить данную проблему. С увжением.
