מנסה לבטל חשבון וורד פרס ישן אך ללא הצלחה

שלום רב, אני מנסה לגשת לחשבון וורד פרס ישן שפתחתי על מנת לבטל אותו ואת החיובים השנתיים שלו אך ללא הצלחה.
משום מה אני מתחברת אוטומטית למייל וחשבון חדש (כביכול) שמעולם לא פתחתי ואין בו הסטוריה של חיובים.
המייל איתו פתחתי את החשבון הישן הוא (email visible only to moderators and staff) ואליו צירפתי דומיין שנקרא toamim.co.il. הדומיין כבר לא פעיל מזמן והאתר מעולם לא הוקם ולכן אני מבקשת לבטל את החשבון והחיובים באופן מיידי.

If your WordPress.com site was under a different username to this one you are posting with in our forums, you’ll need to first log out of this account, then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account (where the notifications are being sent), you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.
