שלום, רציתי לשאול איך אפשר לשלוט על התמונות והוידאו כך שלא יוכלו להעלות כלל וכלל וידאו, ולגבי תמונות: לא לאפשר להעלות תמונות אפילו לפרופיל, אך בעלי קבוצות יוכלו להעלות תמונות לפי התנאים שאקבע להם מראש.
וכן לגבי ביטול צ’טים וכיוצ’ב, אלא רק העלאת פוסטים.
וכן הייתי רוצה דהאתר יתעדכן רק פעמיים ביום ולא כל רגע כמו שאר האתרים.

hi, the first answer not so much help, because i want to block users from uploading,
i want that only authors can upload, and even that in confirmation from me,
another thing is to cancel the option for chating and so,
because i want that people can only posts knowledge, (chat can do in other ways),
and i want to update ol the data like posts and messeges just twice a day, so people couldn’t see even comments on their posts immediately but onlyin fixed hours (for example), i want to do this to avoid people waiting from see comments, so the knew the could see comments or even private messege only at Fixed hours…

If yes, are you able to provide an example of a website you may have seen please?
The reason why I ask is because it sounds like you would need functionality from a plugin or theme, to allow you to do what you want to do.
This extra information will help to point you in the right direction.

you are right, i do want to create sort of forum but in my way (as i mentioned), but i didn’t seen a website like this before, for me it’s new, so maybe there is such a website…
if you know some website so i can fingre on one of them it will be easyer,
any way it’s sort of alot of forums but with the technology of worspress…

You’ll need a plugin to run something like a forum on WordPress.com, and to use plugins, you’ll need a paid Business or eCommerce plan: https://wordpress.com/support/plugins/adding-plugins/
There are many plugins for this available, but I recommend https://bbpress.org

To have a site similar to a social network, the BuddyPress plugin is more suitable. It allows you to create an online community. You can read more here:
