  היי, אני מנסה לעדכן את כתובת המייל המופיעה בהגדרות, כותבת את הכתובת החדשה והוא כותב לי שהכתובת כבר היתה בשימוש. הכתובת החדשה היא: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  אשמח לעזרה (תשובה למייל הזה ולא למייל שמופיע, כי הוא לא פעיל*.

  Hi there, you’ve posted in the English language forums, but I understand Hebrew so I will answer you here.

  If the notice is telling you that the address is already in use, this does mean that you have a second account here on WordPressdotcom using that email address. You may have registered only a username account to be able to comment on other sites.

  Where were we? Oh yes.

  The best thing would be to check that email account to see if you signed up earlier with WordPressdotcom. You can also try the password reset form if you don’t remember the password. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

  Once you’ve recovered that account, you can then change the email address there to something else, so that you can use the new email for this account.

  Let us know how that goes.
