  Hello there, by Popular, do you mean the Premium upgrade plan? That plan includes the features mentioned on our pricing page.

  However, if you register a custom domain name as a part of your upgrade plan, the cost of the custom domain registration is included for the first year and from the 2nd year onward, you would pay WPcom for your plan and domain renewal separately.
