  نعم المعرفه تهتف ومعها التنولوجيا حان وقت الخروج من التخلف والمهاترات والجهود الضائعه ولاسبيل الا الاذعان والتشاور وطلب الراي الذي يقبل ان يكون مسوؤل عن ايي نتائج من وراء تصرف يتعلق بالجموع او اسباب معيشتها ان اغلب مراكز المسوؤليه عبر العالم الان ليس اهل للمسوؤليه وغير قادره علي مواحهة النتائج الا بالهروب الي الامام الخلفي الذي يتحول من يلجاء اليه الي انسان لايقدر ولايشعر بالكوارث من وراء تصرفاته بل يتحول الي انسان فاسد بكل معني الكلمه علي الرغم من رانه كان صالحا وايجابيا يوما ما

  Да, знание воспевает, а вместе с ним настало время выйти из недоразвитости, угроз и потраченных впустую усилий, а не поклониться, проконсультироваться и спросить мнение, которое принимает на себя ответственность за любые результаты от поведения масс или причин их существования. Большинство центров ответственности во всем мире сейчас не люди чиновников и неспособны сопоставить результаты Только чтобы убежать от спины спины, которая превращается из курорта в него человеку, он не может чувствовать бедствия из-за своих действий, но превращается в коррумпированного человека со всем смыслом слова, несмотря на то, что он был хорошим и позитивным в один прекрасный день
