  Hi there,

  Your account does not own that domain. We can only recover the domain if requested by the account that owns it, in this case, thanonponnaset

  That domain is currently in redemption with our registrar. Once a domain enters redemption we need to pay an $80 fee to get it back, so the domain owner will also need to agree to that fee before we can get the recovery process started.
