  If you are asking about launching your site, you can go to My Site > My Home and launch it from there if you still have the Setting Up page, or go to My Site > Manage > Settings. You will be asked if you want to change your domain name, but there is an option at the end of the page to skip the purchase and keep the same domain name, if that was what you were asking.
