  On your dashboard, you should be seeing a link that says

  Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.

  use that to contact the billing team and they will help you to enable the purchases

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport (at) wordpress (dot) com if you prefer that.
