“Archives” on /portfolio and /testimonial
-
Is there any way not to have “Archives” be the
h1heading of the automatically created pages http://danielgreene.com/portfolio/ or http://danielgreene.com/testimonial/?I know these pages are technically Archives, and I know how to use the
portfolioandtestimonialshortcodes to create actual Pages, but I wonder if there is an automated way to make the /portfolio/ and /testimonial/ slugs display the headings “Projects” and “Testimonials” instead of “Archives.”Am I stuck with things as they are, or am I missing something?

P.S. I sent an email to WordPress support and they confirmed that the only thing one can do at this point is create a page and put a shortcode in it. The pages WordPress automattically (ha ha) creates at the /portfolio/ and /testimonial/ addresses will always be archive pages titled “Archives.”
Note: You have to name the slug of the pages you create something other than portfolio or testimonial, respectively, and you cannot have any categories or keywords with the names portfolio or testimonial, either; otherwise there will be taxonomy conflicts.
