Wordpressが更新/アップデートされた時に、ソフトが正常にダウンロードされなかった可能性があり、「更新に失敗しました」と表示されブログが更新できない。他のPCでは更新できる。サイトはhttps://mecfsj.wordpress.com/。どうしたら良いのかアドバイスをお願いします。

This is an issue we’ve been investigating for some time. To help us come up with the fix, could you please answer these questions?
- What is your browser version & operating system (you can copy the info from https://www.whatismybrowser.com/)
- When did you first notice the issue?
- Which method do you use for logging in? (password / social / magic link)
- Are you using VPN or proxy?
- Are you using an antivirus that blocks cookies?
- Were you using the Classic Editor from My Site>Site>Posts before the new Block Editor was introduced?
- Could you provide us with a screenshot showing any Console errors on your site? (In your browser: More tools > Developer Tools > Console) You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/) and paste the link into your reply.

Can you check if it works if you log out, clear WordPress.com cookies from your browser, and log back in?
If not, does it work if you log in using incognito mode in Chrome?
