サイトがハッキングされ、全て消されてしまいました

    誰に助けを求めれば良いのかすら、わかりません。知り合いがウェブサイトを構築してくれました。その後私がブログアップデートをするのみでしたが、今日、知らないアドレスが、新規ユーザー登録されたとメールで連絡があり、バックアップエラーのメールもあり、ウェブサイトを開いてみると真っ白な状態となってしまっていました。何も残っていません。どうすればいいのでしょうか？ホスト元に連絡すればいいのですか？それともワードプレスにバックアップが残っていますか？

    Thanks. Yes.
    My site got hacked and it was erased completely. One of my parent (I run a small Japanese preschool) built it for me, and I no longer have contacts with her – though I sent her an email about this and she hasn’t replied to me :-(
    I just don’t even know where to start to fix this. I cannot access to the admin account any more, though my account with WordPress is still active, I think.
    I contacted the host server company but they charge me $135 per hour so I’m holding on that.
    I do not have much knowledge at all, any help would be appreciated.

    You mentioned contacting your host, which suggests the site could be hosted elsewhere. Can you send me a link to the site you need help with so I can check on that?

    Thanks, and sorry I’m in Japan right now and with the time difference I wasn’t able to reply right away…

    My website address is http://www.himawariseattle.com. I have contracted with a hosting company which also provides me with email addresses. My friend build the site with WordPress and put it up (sorry, I don’t know how). Does this answer your question??

    Can you contact your hosting company? They should be able to help you check error logs, or they may have a backup you can restore. From there you may need to apply updates and what not so that it will be secure. You can find more tips at https://wordpress.org/support

    These forums are for sites hosted at WordPress.com, though, so they are a bit different than what you have: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
