トップページの修正と500エラーについて

    お世話になっております。

    以下、ご教示いただけますと幸いです。

    http://pk-works.net/blog/
    というページをWordPressで構築しました。
    サーバーはお名前ドットコムを利用しています。

    ①トップページのデザインを変更したいのですが、
    どこから修正するのかわかりません。

    ②http://pk-works.net/blog/は遷移しますが、固定ページや投稿ページに遷移しようとすると500エラーが表示されます。
    ・テーマの変更
    ・パーマリンクの再設定
    ・. htaccessの初期化
    ・WordPress再インストール
    ・サーバー上でPHPのバージョンアップ
    など、色々試してますがなおりません。

    I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
