  This forum is for WordPress.com question in English. If you have a question about WordPres.com site, please post in the 日本語 (Japanese) wordpress.com forum below. http://ja.forums.wordpress.com

  This isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. This forum is for websites hosted by WordPress.com. If you have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, there is a separate forum. Here is the link to that forum..

  The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum. Someone there will sure help you out with your issue.
