ブログがハッキングされてしまいました

    こんにちは。現在ワードプレスで二つブログを持っているものです。
    ５月３１日からアクセスが急激に減少し、６月からは０になりました。
    その後もずっと０で不審に思ってアクセスしたところ
    Turkish Hacker was here
    Hacked by Stri0ne
    という黒背景に赤文字の画面が表示されました。
    ダッシュボードにアクセスしても４０４foundと出るだけで全く打つ手がありません…
    どうしたら良いのでしょうか？

    Hello. I currently have two blogs in WordPress.
    Access decreased sharply from May 31 and became 0 from June.

    Screen of red letter was displayed on black background.
    Even if you access the dashboard, you will only get 404found and there is no way to do it …
    What do you do?

    どれもダッシュボードにアクセスすると404foundと出てしまいます…

    Also, your sites https://nekoketsu-m.com and https://yurumoe-life.com are using WordPress.org platform. Please contact your hosting provider for this issue.
