    The error shown is very clear:”Site names can only contain lowercase letters (a-z) and numbers.”. So bao-babu.wordpress.com cannot be used

    To add to what staartmees mentioned, the WordPress.com account that you are writing from does not appear to be associated with any site at this time.

    Per your other topic, you mentioned trying to access bao-babu.com instead. It appears that this domain does exist, but it is not registered here, nor is this domain pointing to our servers.

    We would strongly recommend that you contact your host (which, if I understand correctly, is https://lolipop.jp ) in order to be able to access your site once more.
