Yes. You can upgrade at any time. If and when you upgrade from Personal to Premium or from Premium to Business you pay the difference between the two plans. If you have a site with a custom domain and then upgrade to a plan, you’ll receive an automatic discount for the domain, but you will need to buy the plan using the same username account that already owns the domain.

I am following up since there was a modlook tag on the thread.
To echo what timethief has shared you’ll only pay the difference if you upgrade your plan before the expiration date and from the same user account.
