    Just to confirm, you would like to upgrade the site rooedu105387552.wordpress.com to Premium, is that correct?

    Before you can do that, we need to revert the site to the state it was before it was using Business plan. Doing that may remove any content added when the site was using plugins/custom themes. Is there something you’d like to keep on the site before we proceed? If so, let us know and we’ll make sure all your content is backed up.     Any installed themes or plugins would be removed.

    We’ve reverted your site back to the free plan, and it looks like all the content made it through the process.

    You can now go to Upgrades ->Plans, and select the plan you want to use going forward.
