    我在 7/11 升級了個人版的方案，WP 與我收了 $35.88
    並於 8/4 （一個月內）取消了該方案，WP 退了我 $-9.88
    我想了解的是，個人版方案一個月是收費 $2.99，$-9.88 是什麼項目的費用？
    另外，退費是否是逐月退，我能否收到全額 $35.88 的退費呢？

    Hi there,

    The outstanding amount is for your domain, couch-carrot.com. Domains can only be refunded in the first 48 hours, and you cancelled the domain a month after you registered it.

    Do you still want to use the domain? In that case I can restore it to your account and you can use it with a site here or with a site somewhere else.
