    Can you please share the code you received here, as well as when you received it?

    The files you link to are in the .eml format, and cannot be opened in a browser. For security reasons I cannot download those files onto my computer to view them.

    I see that email was sent out on 27 January, and the FLASH40PLANS code expired on 2 February.

    The other code from the other email you quoted above, is from a promotion in September last year, and expired on 4 October 2021.

    So both those promotions ended some time ago, and we can’t send you new codes to make use of those promotions any more.

    I’m sending you an email as well. You can reply there if you have any further questions.
