    The charge you mentioned comes from the account you’re using to post here. It was the upgrade to plan Premium for the site esgfintec.com.
    I can see you have already deleted the site in question, and all subscriptions were canceled and refunded.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
