  How can I transfer feedback from contact directly to my email address?

  Feedback in the form of comments can be emailed directly to you if you turn on the Email me whenever someone posts a comment option, to do so, go My Sites -> Manage -> Settings -> click on Discussion (top-right) and toggle the settings as needed.
