怎么退出列表

    当我粘贴或写的一大段文字包含列表时，我怎么使用回车键都无法将其中的文本放入新段落，我该怎么做？
    （除了复制粘贴）
    比如我有下列内容：
    ·1
    ·2
    ·3 苹果
    ·4
    我想在·2和·3之间插入一个段落，但使用退格或回车没法把列表拆开。试过拖动区块也不行。最后只能复制粘贴……
