    I repeated my payment when I buy wordpress personal with paypal. when I pay it first time the web-page became error so I pay that again. my site is liusancai.wordpress.com

    I buy a three-year plan twice.but my record on wordpress showed that it just paid once.I don’t want money back instead please help me extend that plan to a 6 year total(from 2023 to 2029

    Hi there!

    I checked the records and found that you were only charged once. You can see the payment receipt here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    Can you double-check if you were charged twice via PayPal? Perhaps the first payment that had an error has already been returned to your PayPal account. Please check and let us know what you find.

    I’ve also asked our billing team to investigate what happened. If the charge indeed went through, we’ll extend the plan for another three years. (I’ll get back to you here as soon as I have an update.)

    I just got confirmation that we did receive both payments. So I extended the plan for another three years (the expiry date now is July 5, 2029).
