  我忘記我的帳號了, 沒辦法進去控制台,
  然後嘗試使用phpMyAdmin, 但是不知道怎麼開啟我自己網站的phpMyAdmin

  I forgot my account, I can’t get into the console.
  Then try using phpMyAdmin, but don’t know how to open phpMyAdmin on my own website

  You’re not asking about a site hosted on WordPress.com.

  Please contact your hosting provider for help accessing phpMyAdmin on your site, as they control that.
