    If your purchases are outside the refund periods explained in the guide above, getting a refund is not possible.

    You can see all your active subscriptions by logging in to your WordPress.com account, and navigating to Upgrades → Purchases.

    The item I want to refund is the virtual host that I bought when I applied for this account. I already have an account, so how come there is no consumption record?

    It’s possible there’s another WordPress.com account where the charge occurred, which would explain why you don’t see any purchases on this account. We don’t see any purchases on your @b0983388137 account either. So the likely reasons for that are:

    1. The charge occurred on a different WordPress.com account.
      To find that out, please go to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and enter details from the charge. You’ll find the option on that page to submit a form that goes to our billing team. They will get back to you via email.
    2. The charge didn’t come from WordPress.com.
      From the translated message, I’m not sure what “virtual host” means, and I suspect you may have paid a different company, not us.

    If you have a receipt of this payment, you can also reply to the receipt or forward that to billingsupport@wordpress.com so our team can investigate that further.
